The Plain Truth About Hypnosis
The use of hypnosis enlists the strengths and resources of the individual toward his or her own well-being. The hypnotized person is able to focus their attention entirely on a single issue. Hypnosis increases the individuals' responsiveness to suggestion. A person who is hypnotized never gets stuck in hypnosis, nor do they behave in a manner that is not morally comfortable for them. You cannot be hypnotized against your will. Hypnosis requires your consent. You remember everything and you will not reveal intimate secrets while hypnotized.

The services that I render are held out to the public as non-therapeutic hypnotism. I do not represent my services as any form of medical, behavorial or mental health care, and despite research to the contrary, by law I may make no health claims for my services. Hypnotism for medical or psychological problems requires a written referral from a licensed practitioner of those healing arts.-Kay Russell, CH,HT
